GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1 Validity of the GTC
The conclusion of the contract and the business transaction with Canativa GmbH (hereinafter also referred to as "Seller") shall take place exclusively on the basis of the following GTC. These terms and conditions shall be deemed to have been accepted when the goods or services are ordered. Deviating general terms and conditions of business or purchase of the buyer shall not apply.

Should a provision of this contract be/become invalid or should the contract contain a loophole, the legal validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. In place of an invalid provision, an interpretation shall apply which comes closest to the original intention of both parties in economic terms.


2 Legal framework conditions

The products and services of the seller are legally tradable in Switzerland and are not subject to the Narcotics Act (BetmG).

The customer assumes full responsibility with regard to the legality of the products, even in the event of export.

The products of Canativa GmbH are not medicinal products. Advice or any information on therapeutic or medical matters in connection with the use of Canativa GmbH products is reserved exclusively for medical specialists. Furthermore, we advise against driving a vehicle after consuming one of our products; the ability to drive could be impaired. 


3 Conclusion of contract

1. Prices and Payment

The prices of the goods sold are the prices valid on the day of the order. Unless otherwise indicated, prices are in Swiss francs and include the statutory value-added tax and any applicable tobacco tax. Shipping costs are charged additionally. Unless expressly agreed otherwise, delivery is made on a prepayment basis.
